I'm a 28 year old Mexican film and TV screenwriter, London blogger and Tea House manager all at the same time. I moved to this hectic city that matches my personality two years ago, where I enjoy discovering new pubs and beers, as well as enjoying a good coffee in a park or by the canal.
I am obsessed with horror movies and sometimes, when I feel brave, I do stand up. I am also interested in environmental causes and promoting diversity everywhere I can. However, the feminist movement, specifically on sexual liberation, is one of my biggest interests. I even started a Youtube channel of sexual education years ago!

Born in Brazil, Julia is a historian specialising in the history of the body, medicine, and gender. She is finishing her PhD at King's College London, where she researches how medical texts were translated in the 16th and 17th centuries, and what that tells us about cultural perceptions of the female body and reproduction. Julia is an intersectional feminist. She focuses on rethinking gender in history and bringing history into contemporary debates, especially about feminism. You can read some of her work here: juliamartins.co.uk. She also volunteers with The Vavengers.

Ki (rhymes with pie) of the always outrageous hair, is a devoted cat mum of one who volunteers at Switchboard.lgbt when not volunteering at the Vagina Museum. Person moonlights during the day as a super resolution microscope technician for UCL when per needs spending money. Ki grew up in Malaysia, where per experience with the lack of intersectional human rights, GSRD awareness, and basic sex education built per desire for a world where children have reliable sources of information and do not need to learn about sex from porn magazines and dodgy online chat rooms. While Ki wishes to be taken seriously as a sex educator, per is incapable of looking serious in profile photographs. Per is a colourful person with many colourful interests and you never know what colour per hair will be the next time you see per!

I moved to London a decade or so ago, reinvigorated as Kiki of Bermondsey, mermaid of my lady love, the River Thames. I'm passionate about all things London - arts, music, dance, and the Vagina Museum. My first visit to the VM changed the way I think and speak about gynaecological anatomy, and I am beyond proud to be volunteering alongside a cadre of amazing and committed vulvateers.

As a practicing artist and vulva lover who is fuelled by curiosity and play, I use textiles and multimedia to unite myself and others with their inner child using colour and texture without any constraints. My aim is to inspire self-reflection and encourage liberation and joy in challenging the conventional notions of art, igniting an empowering experience for all. As an advocate bookworm and feminist, I look forward to bringing this passion and creativity into the Vagina Museum in hope to engage, empower and educate our wider community through the playfulness and safe space the Vagina Museum team have created.
